My service advisor "Firis Sharif" was great to deal with from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly import from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly important it is and unfortunately how rare it is in today's world. Many people give their word but very few keep it. I have dealt with Firis since we bought a vehicle 1 year ago and I was so impressed that I recently asked for him for his card with the intention of calling management later in order to commend him. I did not have an appointment, but he quickly came out and within seconds had snapped panel on my daughter's car ( pasenger side in 2014 Corolla).
