Same I brought my 2011 Prius in to change my tires from winter to summer and for a regular service check. I did not have to wait long for a shuttle. Sameer called within an hour to advise me of some minor repairs that needed to be done. He explained the need repaired in detail as well as the price. The car was ready before the estemated time and the shuttle bus picked me up shortly thereafter. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and the car is running great. More

On my last visit, the Traction Control sensor and ABS was not working. After the initial diagnostic, Hon identified that the part would have cost me $4500 to replace. For a car that is 13 years old, that could have been a deal breaker in the decision not to keep it. I'm hoping to keep the car for a few more years as it's in excellent condition. Hon suggested that I replace the part with a used replacement for 15% of the new cost. More
Help With Key Cut and Dent Went in for a visit to get a new key cut, and Paul was super friendly and kind. Gave me some advice on fixing a dent on my fender and how to cover it Went in for a visit to get a new key cut, and Paul was super friendly and kind. Gave me some advice on fixing a dent on my fender and how to cover it up with some touch up paint. Very relaxed and in control, he wasn't trying to sell me anything; just trying to help me out. Didn't really expect that and was pleasantly surprised. More
Unhelpful advice (or no advice at all) on this one occasion. It was time for new all-season tires. I called TOTP's sales department and proposed Pirellis (I do quite a bit of fairly rough back road driving), but It was time for new all-season tires. I called TOTP's sales department and proposed Pirellis (I do quite a bit of fairly rough back road driving), but the salesman persuaded me to get Bridgestones. On May 8, 4 new Duellers were installed on my Highlander. Having received Toyota's mailing about Tire Rebates, which included Bridgestone's offer of a $70 Visa Gift Card, I followed the mailing's instructions: "See your Toyota Service Advisor or visit us at toyota.ca". I asked Alex Chan what to do about applying for the rebate. He said "Go on line." I pointed out that Toyota's mailing implied I could get the necessary info from my Service Advisor. Alex said, "I just gave you the info: I said go on line." This felt a bit dismissive. Nevertheless, several days later, I went on line, where I found that Toyota's posting about Tire Rebates contained no mention whatsoever of Bridgestone. Confused by this, I rang Service (May 14) and asked for Alex, but he was at lunch. I left a message with the Service person who took my call, outlining the situation, asking Alex to follow up, and was assured that he'd return my call when he came back. That call was never returned. This feels a bit dismissive too. We pay premium prices to get premium service at Toyota on the Park. Normally, premium service is what I've always received, and I've been happy. This time I wasn't so lucky. Having been urged to take the Bridgestones over the Pirellis (a brand I've used on other SUVs with great satisfaction), and then getting neither the advertised rebate nor at least some kind of considerate explanation, leaves a slightly bad taste. Alex has been very helpful in the past, and this is a minor complaint, certainly . . . but I'm not used to having anything at all to complain about at Toyota on the Park. More

Service after 3 years ownership We bought a new Toyota Corolla LE after driving VW Jetta products for many years, both new and one used. Our initial experience in sales with John DeS We bought a new Toyota Corolla LE after driving VW Jetta products for many years, both new and one used. Our initial experience in sales with John DeSousa was very positive and we decided to buy Toyota after visiting Honda and VW to compare their current offerings. Our local mechanic had recommended Toyota for all the right reasons after servicing our VW Jetta for years. The new car was taken in to the dealer at the recommended intervals and all service was done with no problems encountered in between. Toyota On the Park has proven to be very customer service oriented with a free car wash for their customers, a lounge and cafeteria where you can purchase a meal or snack while waiting for your car to be ready. VW never offered anything like this! They are very well organized and and attend to the smallest details. Their premises are spotless, and their employees clearly explain the service work needed and why... and they won't undertake anything that is not actually needed AND they will tell you about it and why. In a word, I am impressed with Toyota On the Park and I would buy from them again! ... Graham Newton, North York, Ontario More

I came in with a strange noise in the rear, I went for a "guest drive" only to find my back door hinge was really loose, they fixed it plus I requested an oil change. All I paid for was the oil change and I felt all my concerns for the safety of my vehicle where met with understanding and compassion and Sham even went so far as to buff out a few scratches while I waited. I've always serviced my vehicle at this location and will continue to do so! I good experience all round! Thank you More

Why I just bought a second Toyota I have two residences, one in Toronto, Ontario and one in Phoenix, Arizona. In Toronto I drive a 2012 RAV4, and in December, 2013, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Scion in Phoenix. Toyota has solved my bi-national personal auto issues. They have been of huge assistance servicing my automobiles when I leave and when I arrive. In both cities, I have had Service Representatives who have treated me with respect, patience and a willingness to go the extra mile on my behalf. I might also mention that I purchased my Phoenix Toyota via the internet; at least my initial contact with the gentleman who sold me the Scion was on-line in Toronto. When I arrived in Phoenix and was "without wheels" he picked me up in the Scion and insisted I drive the vehicle to make sure I was happy with my selection. Then we drove to the dealership where the purchase was finalized. No pressure…just a really "feel good" experience. I look forward to an ongoing pleasant relationship with my Toyota family. More
