I feel valued and safe as customer while in care of Chris. If you really want to buy something good and get a good deal and walk out with a smile then Chris Walters is the man to go to. Last time and this time Ali Nikpour joined Chris Walters team in my 4Runner purchase deal. Ali Nikpour is always prompt, proactive, confident, friendly and professional. He spent minimum possible time to get everything done with 100% correctness. Ali gave me an amazing purchase experience that I never received from anyone in my last 20 years of 4Runner purchase process. This time Peter D'Costa joined the sales team with Chris Walters for my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I get the vehicle in excellent condition. He also made sure all my queries were answered. He personally took the trouble to go to my home to get my trade in vehicle's ownership paper. He is a wonderful and very active sales person. However everyone that I dealt with was quick to address my concerns, and ensure that I was choosing the best option for myself both financially and personally. Conrad was very transparent, and helped explain to me the process of setting up my finances and where my money was going. Andray gave me a thorough and professional run down of the car and the differences between the models. The manager Jure went out of his way to make sure I understood how my contract would work, and that my experience purchasing a car was as easy as possible (he even gave me a ride to the dealership which saved me hours on transit). I have owned my new Corolla for over a week now, and I am very satisfied with both it and the service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking to purchase a Toyota! More
