I reached out to Toyota on the Park and was p My husband and I were looking for a new small to mid-sized SUV and decided to test-drive a Toyota RAV4. I reached out to Toyota on the Park and was put in touch with Javier Caicedo who called and spoke with me before we even went to the dealership. Javier asked me some really great questions about our needs so that he would be able to make recommendations to us before we arrived for our appointment. The dealership was relatively easy to access, although the area, including the dealership, seems to be undergoing some construction due to the Eglinton Cross-Town being built. When we arrived at the dealership, the person on reception was very friendly and helpful, offering us tea/coffee/water and a comfortable place to sit while we waited for our sales rep. Javier was quite knowledgeable about the RAV4 that we were considering buying and took us out for a test-drive on both the 2018 and 2019 models. He imparted his knowledge to us before, during and after the test-drives, pointing out the similarities and differences between the model years, as well as the features each model year had. He was also able to do some comparisons for us with other makes similar to the RAV4. He listened carefully to our own comments and questions, responding honestly to them. We felt that he really took the time that we needed in order to have all of our questions answered. He ensured us that if we had any other questions after we left, he would be happy to assist in any way that he could. More

Even better then “Sham” I’m a driving instructor, so I have more service issues then the regular customer, In the past my go to service consultant was “Sham”, he knew my ca I’m a driving instructor, so I have more service issues then the regular customer, In the past my go to service consultant was “Sham”, he knew my car, it’s history and how demanding I can be. Well I guess he had enough of me and moved out to “Oakville Toyota”. For the past year Amanda has been my new consultant and has given both my car and my expectations five star service. I recently went in to have my radio replaced, It was done as promised and without any other “ surprises”. I’m usually nervous of follow up calls from the Service team, but Amanda keeps the additional surprises to a minimum and I never feel that I’m being upsold on other unnecessary work. After I left I realized that I left one of my favourite CD’s in the stereo. Amanda was contacted and informed me that the company had the old unit shipped to Toyota Canada , and that she would have them ship the CD back to the dealership. That is FIVE STAR customer service and why I will continue to have her be my service consultant until she also has enough of me and moves to “Oakville Toyota” More
