Where do I start, I ordered a car at Scarborough toyota after waiting 2 weeks they gave me the money back as they couldn’t get the car on time. I decided to go to on the park Toyota. I bought the car and after waiting 2 weeks they gave me the money back as they couldn’t get the car on time. I decided to go to on the park Toyota. I bought the car and was told I have to wait one month. After a month went by, they couldn’t give me the car as it’s in back order. After calling the dealership so many times i was told, the unit I ordered was sold out in Ontario. I went to get my money back so I can go to other brand. The sales Manager I had to meet was Rashed Islam in order to get my money back. i told him I can’t wait any more, he took the time to listen to my situation why I need the car ASAP. He was patient and took 30-45 minutes or so to listen to me and my problems. He went out of his way to get me a different model and helped me with the price so that it fits my budget. I’m extremely happy with his service. My family loves the new car Thank you Rashed. More

I had originally come in on November 28th to trade in my Toyota Corolla XSE 2019 with only 13km on it for a Toyota Rav 4. I had discussed my specifications for what I was looking for with Matt initially Toyota Corolla XSE 2019 with only 13km on it for a Toyota Rav 4. I had discussed my specifications for what I was looking for with Matt initially then he handed over my file subsequently to Sina. He was unable to help me as a customer from start to finish. I found this extremely unprofessional as I had to re-explain myself again. I was very grateful for having Sina help me with my Toyota purchase. He was very patient and presented me with a wide selection of Rav 4's. I would have given him a 5 star rating, however there were issues that I encountered when finalizing the deal. 1. My car trade in value on paper was lower than what was negotiated. They were not transparent when it came to what my Toyota Corolla trade in was valued at (and it was valued at a significantly lower value than what I purchased it for). The said the highest they can sell for was $17000 and they wouldn't be able to increase my trade in value. However i noticed they are selling it for $20k and was blatantly lied to. See screenshot attached. 2. I requested for the interest rate that was negotiated in the prior year when purchasing my Toyota Corolla, however the question was avoided three times. This was because the rate was half of what they offered me. Therefore there was no transparency when negotiating a deal. 3. They sold me the car without a second key, when they made me return both my keys when I provided me car. It's been a week and a half and I was just notified that I only have once a week, during a short time window, to come in. This was not accommodating as I am a full time employee and am unable to drive outside of toronto on the dealership's demand. 4. When asking Matt to clarify an error on the pricing of my vehicle, he took half an hour to investigate the error, then came to me and said he had an idea of what happened but wouldn't tell me why. Also did not apologize for wasting my time. I then went on to question the numbers that were run and Shelly was not helpful at all in answering any questions. She was extremely rude and did not resolve anything. If buying anything from this dealership, I would not commit to the deal the day of as they like to rush deals and not explain the details. I would recommend working with Sina however the rest of the staff was very rude and not patient. More
