Did not do the required warranty work because you ran out of parts. Also left a piece of equipment(bar) in the front of vehicle. Could plan things better beforehand and clean up better afterwards. I had an insurance claim on my existing vehicle which had also be leased through Toyota on the Park. This required a lot of my time, organization and energy to work through. However, Anthony and Matt did e also be leased through Toyota on the Park. This required a lot of my time, organization and energy to work through. However, Anthony and Matt did everything in their power to make this is easy as possible for me, including providing info to the insurance company to help move the claim along, assisting when I was in between vehicles due to the insurance process and getting me sorted for a new (and better!) vehicle once we got the go ahead. My family and I are now in our brand new 2014 Toyoto Highlander Limited and loving it! I would happily recommend Matt, Anthony and Toyota on the Park to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Paul. More

He always checks with me first for my ok on a quote before proceeding with any work. The camaraderie that I see with his staff and mutual respect is wonderful to see. When I pull into the service bay I know that my car is not viewed as "just another car to service or fix" but that there is a person who relies on that vehicle to be safe for them and their family and friends . Before I came to this dealership I was doing a lot of research online about buying a used car. This would be my first car in Canada and I wanted something used but in good condition. When the time came to buy the car, my fiancé suggested that we visit this dealership since she and her sister had also bought cars from here, when it was at another location. By this time I had already narrowed it down to a Toyota but I wasn't sure what to get. This is where Bob came in. He greeted us as a friend from the first moment we met. He showed us a list of cars within the price range I was looking for, we discussed what I would like the car to have and then we went out and saw 2 potential cars. I bought one of them! Bob was amazing helping us to bring down the price, discuss affordable payment options and taking care of all the necessary paperwork. All I had to do is show up with my drivers license and a credit card! I got a 2012 Corolla CE at a great price with all the features that I wanted. The car is in perfect condition, it needed some minor paint touch ups and the only issue is a back right speaker problem which Bob mentioned will be fixed at no charge. My fiancé and I are very happy with this dealership and especially with Bob. His goal is to make the customer happy with their purchase and not just sell them a car. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Bob. More
