Anthony Trasmundi finalized the deal with us and Joe Scavone handled the purchase agreement and warranty/options. Jason was a great salesperson. We had lots of questions which he answered with a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. He as very friendly, not a bit pushy and extremely helpful to us. Anthonyt was also great in gettnig us the price we needed on the new vehicle. Joe answered all our questions on the warranty and protections options and got us a good price on the protection package. I would highly recommend all 3 of these gentlemen and Toyota on the Park. Great Experience My girlfriend and I had decided it was time for her to buy her first car and after searching high and low we found ourselves speaking with Ted Jafarza My girlfriend and I had decided it was time for her to buy her first car and after searching high and low we found ourselves speaking with Ted Jafarzadeh at Toyota on the Park. It was a completely different experience from all the rest of the dealerships and sales reps we had dealt with over the previous weeks. The atmosphere and process was professional and courteous with no high pressure sales techniques. We genuinely felt like Ted wanted to help us get a deal done that would make both sides happy. He was more than willing and able to answer all of our questions about the car, their financing options as well as the certification process for a Toyota Certified used car. Overall I would say that this was my best car buying experience to date and I say that as an owner of multiple cars over the last 10-15 years. More importantly my girlfriend had a wonderful experience, she LOVES her new Toyota and we will definitely be coming to Ted Jafarzadeh when the time comes to pick out our next car. More

Better than expected I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was pre I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was presented with a "No charge" statement. I had had my car in for brake work 4 months ago but still was expecting some charge for taking care of the rattle in one of the wheels. After all it is a 2005 Corolla. I went for a simple oil change and the Toyota staff was very knowledgeable and they advised me on what exactly needed to be replaced. They also told me the parts that I can still get away with and does n very knowledgeable and they advised me on what exactly needed to be replaced.
