I would probably give a 4.5 for quality of work(no such option) due to a couple of minor incidents some time ago that were rectified to my satisfaction. But overall - they seem to do a satisfactory job. More

My first brand new car. I was in position of needing a new vehicle whether it was new or used and had thought about it for a long time. My previous car died and I had to make a decision and act on it. After doing research and comparing cars I had decided to test drive a 2014 Toyota Yaris at the local Toyota dealership. Brad Garrow from Toyota On the Park came with us on the test drive and gave me all the information I needed to start me on the process of considering a new car as opposed to a used vehicle. After a few days of thinking about it and reading the information I was given I made an appointment to talk about the financial process and choices. Brad was very informative and professional and answered all the questions I asked. After taking this information home he called and asked how I was doing in my process of thinking things over. He was never pushy or aggressive. After reviewing all the information and my options I decided to take a second test drive and I'm very glad I did. It was at that point that I decided to purchase a brand new 2014 Toyota Yaris and I'm very happy I did. It is my first new car. I have always driven used vehicles and I will never go that route again. Brad was great all through this process and didn't miss a beat in providing me with everything I needed to make the choice I wanted. Always helpful with the information I wanted and not pushy. I would do the whole process again. It can be a daunting experience to purchase a new car but I made good choice for myself and am happy with it. More

The staff, especially Mr Mario Ng ( I think he is the service manager), were very helpful courteous and professional. I felt like a VIP by the way Mr. Ng addressed me and provided me with the assurance and comfort that I have come to the right dealership to have my car serviced, my winter tires swapped and provided me with valuable and detailed information for my purchase of a new set of all season tires. It was not just me; while waiting for the complimentary shuttle to drop me at the nearest subway, I witnessed how he gave the same VIP treatment and courtesy to the other customers. The service consultant Mr Hon Ho was also very polite and professional and helpful. I have been to other dealerships in previous years for my other car and previously to a non-Toyota dealer; but Toyota on the Park is by far the best I've experienced. More

We get all our maintenance done here on our previous car and will continue to do so because of the positive experiences with the service department team. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly staff who truly work hard to make sure that you feel like all your needs are being met, you are comfortable, and you have an overall great experience. We highly recommend this dealership and would suggest the entire sales team that we worked with. They were each wonderful on their own merit and expertise areas but you can also tell they are a cohesive team and the overall atmosphere of the dealership is inviting, positive and enthusiastic. I think they like going to work. This entire team is conscientious, authentic in their interactions with you, knowledgeable on the product and services - you can tell they value their customers and will truly go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great experience from the moment you walk into their showroom to the time you drive out in your new car. They understand that buying new car is a big deal/decision and that sometimes it is difficult to part with your old one (9yr old Corolla) even for a younger, shinier model with A LOT more features. :) Just go see for yourself - you won't be disappointed!
