Excellent services We were looking for different SUV. We walked into Toyota on the park just to check out the RAV4. It was late at night and my 2 small children were We were looking for different SUV. We walked into Toyota on the park just to check out the RAV4. It was late at night and my 2 small children were so tried. Candice was so friendly. She was not pushy and not a hard sell person like some of the other Toyota dealership. The whole team and Candice was so nice that we brought the car without even try it out at all. I know I drive a Toyota all my life so buy it without test drive was not something that brother me. Candice give us a phone call to follow up with us for the following few day about the car that I purchase was amazing. When I went a pick up my car, I have tears in my eye because Candice put 2 little xxxxxx in the back of my RAV4 with the seat belt. It is the small gesture of Candice that really make the whole experience difference. Candice keep remind me that I won't remind everything and can come back in a week to learn about my new RAV4. My technician, Paul took an extra mile to fulfill my need when i visited the deal As my car is getting aged, it shows some engine oil leaking problem. My technician, Paul took an extra mile to fulfill my need when i visited the dealershop for the oil change. He recommended an engine stabilizer and he didn't miss any detail of the product. Also, he filled up with the additive when I brought it. Just for the reason, I would definitely consider getting a new car in the dealership. More

Brad was our guy and I must have cut off his explanations and information at least a dozen times with my own hurried directness. Having cars sit on-line for days with not much help on the phone only to find out the car is not actually available once there is no fun. Of course they want you in the showroom. At least Brad helped me through my displeasure and found a car of similar if not better specs and price. Their "getting me in the showroom" worked on this occasion but again credit to him, and GM Aaron for smoothing things out. Received a very fair deal on a new 2014 Corolla and they threw in window tinting. You would not be unhappy with the experience of the The Inn on the Park gang especially if you're one of those not very trusting of the car salesman sorts as I am. In the end they did everything right and found me the exact car I was looking for. More

Detailing not upto par for a dealership I recently had my car detailed at Toyota on the park. I was not impressed with the quality of work performed.
