All our tires - summer, winter, all seasons have been purchased there , and they are stored there. Even tire dedicated stores cannot match their price and service. Years ago, I used to get my tires and change overs from a Tire specialist store, and they could not eliminate vibration problems after 2 re-balancing, they said the problems were my rims. I took it to Mario and his team balanced them properly saving me the cost of new RIMS. We also always buy the tire warranties and had benefited from them when some tires could not be repaired, well worth the investment. The service is always prompt, pleasant and trustworthy. Never been sold on unnecessary work by the service advisors, if Mario says it need to be changed, I change it, if he says it can wait until next service, I wait, no question asked. All service advisors and technicians are always courteous, and greet you even if they are not assigned to your car. I must have been serviced by all of them at some point. Keep up the awesome service guys and gals. More

I went to buy a Toyota Camry from them about 4 years ago. The salesman that I dealt with at that time is no longer with this dealership. I had a Toyota Prius to trade in and they lied to me telling me that The salesman that I dealt with at that time is no longer with this dealership. I had a Toyota Prius to trade in and they lied to me telling me that they could only give me $20K for my trade in due to market conditions. After I traded it in, they put it up for sale on their used car lot for $25K. I already had a firm price from another dealer and in hindsight I wish that I had gone with this dealer. I signed the deal with Inn on the Park for considerably more than what I was quoted from this other dealer. I went back and complained to the General Manager Matt Treacy and he made some adjustment to the final price but I still ended up paying about $600.00 more than if I had dealt with this other dealer. Matt Treacy then had the audacity to tell me that because of my complaint his salesman was going to take a hit on his commission. How unprofessional for him to say this to me. As well, Matt Treacy told me that I would be getting a survey from Toyota Canada on my buying experience with Toyota on the Park and he was expecting me to give them an excellent rating and if I had any reason not to do so he wanted me to tell him right then and there. Once again, I felt that this was very unprofessional for him to be doing this as this amounted to intimidation and coercion on his part. As a result of this very negative buying experience at Toyota on the Park, I will never buy another car from them nor would I ever recommend this dealership to any one that I know. More
