Mr Hon Ho, the service consultant was also very professional and helpful and advised he will look into the noise problem I am experiencing with my car. I was even more impressed and felt like a VIP when Mr Mario Ng, stopped by and greeted me by name and took some time to listen to my car problem and pinpointed to the probable cause, which was the same thing Mr Ho suggested earlier. 2009 Toyota Corolla service Took Corolla in to have winter tires installed. Had not had alignment for over 2 years so agreed to have this done. Received a call from Sameer that w Took Corolla in to have winter tires installed. Had not had alignment for over 2 years so agreed to have this done. Received a call from Sameer that water pump leaking. I agreed to have it replaced. A $30.00 tire exchange grew into $569.00! I look after my cars and do want this car to last so I had the repair done. Sameer is personable, explains mechanical requirements clearly. He and other service people at Toyota on the Park are wonderful. I strongly recommend this dealership...mainly because of the front line people like Sameer. More
