Mario and his team (Kashian, Alisha and Jean-Paul) shows knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism yet in a way makes you feel like family when you come in for service. This dealer is slightly far from home (Over an hour drive) but all I can say is its worth the drive and is no comparison to a dealer 10 min to my home. This is an well oiled team in which I can confidently recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent service. More

Friendly and positive I picked up our new to us 2013 Rav4 today and were pleased with the experience of buying from this dealership. I had done research and comparisons wit I picked up our new to us 2013 Rav4 today and were pleased with the experience of buying from this dealership. I had done research and comparisons with three other vehicles so I knew what I wanted. I knew my car values for my trade in and what I wanted to pay. Brad was very good to deal with and knew the answer to my questions. When I raised a concern about a noise I heard on the test drive, we wrote it into the contract and when we picked it up today the noise had been traced and eliminated. It was a part that had a recall on it. I would recommend Toyota on the Park very highly. More
