My experience with Eugene and Toyota on the Park. I had an accident with my beloved Honda Civic. After several phone calls dealing with a car insurance company the last thing on my mind was to buy a car. Knowing I was short on time I reluctantly went out looking for a car. I checked in first with Yorkdale Toyota (the one nearest to me) in which I had a bad experience. Instead of blaming all of Toyota dealers I decided to try again. I went online and found a car I was interested in. I called "Toyota on the Park". Leslie and Eglinton. I spoke on the phone with Sales associate Eugene. We meet at the dealership. As I drove up the driveway I thought, “Wow, this is a beautiful location”. A castle on a hill compared to Yorkdale. Upon walking in I got a friendly reception. I asked for Eugene. We meet and took the car for a test drive. Negotiated and bought the car the same day. There is a huge difference in service between these 2 dealerships. There was a mutual respect and it was overall a better experience. Eugene is a sales professional. I did my research on my purchase and I know he knew his product. Very impressed. Yorkdale Toyota? Theyseem like a bunch of kids waiting for the last school bell to ring so they can go home. More

He was extremely considerate and understanding when we first came in and told him we were shopping around for the best price we could get on our new car. He told us to go ahead and do our homework and come back if we found a better price somewhere else because he would match it. He drove to Yorkdale Toyota later that day to talk to a sales person there about buying a new car, and long story short it was the most horrible experience I've ever had. As soon as we left Yorkdale we called Toyota on the Park and set up to meet with Justin immediately and sign papers on our new car. There was a bit of a miscommunication on pricing but in the end we were able to settle on something that made us extremely happy. Thank you for making our first brand new car purchase an awesome experience. So warm and friendly. We will definitely be back in the future to purchase our second car in a few years. More
