He was phenomenal - from the moment I was introduced to him he tr The Sales Representative I worked with from Toyota on the Park was Conrad Praamsma. He was phenomenal - from the moment I was introduced to him he truly spent the time to understand what I was searching for and offered information about the different makes and models without being pushy. Conrad was patient and helpful as I worked through my questions, and offered suggestions without forcing an opinion. When it came to features, Conrad was extremely knowledgeable and he did a great job in asking questions to help during the decision making process, again in a very appropriate manner without coming off as aggressive. I should add that due to my work schedule I was visiting the dealership late in the evenings (8:00pm), and no one seemed to mind and in fact were very accommodating. Finally, we were able to come to agreement on a fair and reasonable price quickly. It was an extremely positive experience and I will highly recommend friends or family to connect with Conrad when looking for their next vehicle. Through the purchase process, I was also introduced to Conrad's twin brother Justin. Justin is a proud 4Runner owner as well and his enthusiasm and passion for Toyota is evident. Both of these guys are extremely charismatic and great "people" persons as well as great salespeople, so it was easy to build trust and enjoy the entire purchase process. I'd like to add that I've been back to the dealership twice since my purchase and the customer service received from Conrad, Justin and the Service team has been fantastic. The experience we had as prospects was so good that we had to go back to buy our car. We did the deal last night. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever had for a car - I think this is our eighth vehicle (but first from the Toyota family). Simply superb. More

Eugene and Alice at On the Park Toyota This is the third camry I've owned in a row (I count the Lexus ES300 I previously owned as a Camry). I was pretty set to buy another Lexus or Toyota. This is the third camry I've owned in a row (I count the Lexus ES300 I previously owned as a Camry). I was pretty set to buy another Lexus or Toyota. My old car was breaking down and needed considerable work. I had to choose between a new car or fixing up the old and I didn't want to spend a lot as I am not sure how long we will remain in Toronto and I didn't want to be weighed down with an expensive car. I also knew if I traded in I wanted to go hybrid. I searched several dealers, including a private dealer who buys from Auction. In the end I returned after working with Eugene for all the other dealers, particularly the private dealer felt the car I bought - a Hybrid Camry was an exceptional car and price. I so greatly respected the honesty from Eugene and the service from Alice once I decided to but. I didn't feel forced. I was given the facts straight up, Eugene was patient It was one of the most enjoyable car purchasing experiences I have had. And I love my new car. Do I recommend Eugene and Alice??? Absolutely. I cannot imagine anyone in better hands and that is not just from me, but from other dealers I spoke to during this process, who as one said: "I don't want to talk myself out of a deal, but I think the Camry is a great car." Eugene was exceptional to work with….I can get turned off pushy sales people and I can hear xxxxxxxx a mile away. Eugene's manner drew me to him and On the Park, not away, bar none! Great experience.
