Instead of just trying to sell me anything, he took the time to understand my driving patterns and tried to do a projection of what my driving would be based on my lifestyle (kids changing schools, activities, places we usually go, etc). Together we selected a package and then I got to talk to Alice Lake to do the paperwork. Alice is awesome. Due to various circumstances we had to do some of the paperwork over the phone. I'm notoriously hard to get hold of, but she was persistant and kept following up and due to her hard work, we got it done. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your patience and persistance, your knowledge and your professionalism, and the feeling that you genuinely care about your customers.
