I had been dealing with Alisha, and she had order the parts, and managed to turn the repair around relatively quickly and painlessly. Russel checked me in with no hastle. The service department is well organized, so that even though he was not the primary point of contact, He understood the worked order and ovvered me a shuttle back to work. Amir arrived promptly and shuttled me in to get my vehicle. Alisha did most of the heavy lifting in terms of sourcing the parts and is my main point of contact. I was able to have my Vehicle, back in time for the weekend when need it the most. More
