Very uneven service We have been using this dealership for approximately 8 years. The level of service received is not consistent. It really depends on the day of the wee We have been using this dealership for approximately 8 years. The level of service received is not consistent. It really depends on the day of the week, length of line up, time of day and the customer service representative's attitude. I have had several interactions where the representative explains all the road blocks to facilitating my car's repairs. Rather than helping, they frustrate and cause me to consider other dealerships as superior options. If you go on a weekend, there is no service manager. Sometimes they forget to order in a part, so the car is in service for an extra day. Sometimes they forget to the tires out of storage, so you are sent away and told to return another day. Sometimes their idea of service is putting the customer on hold for more than 20 minutes. Then, disconnecting the call. On Friday, I had a very disappointing interaction with customer service. Saturday, yesterday, the representative did everything in his power to make things right. He was excellent. In summary, Russell was helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to provide the level of service that should be the standard of car for Toyota on the Park. Unfortunately, he is the exception. Not the rule. More

They also finish their work quicker than they predict each time I take it in for routine maintenance or for tire changes! They also were very accommodating when I have to take my prior vehicle in for a Toyota recall notice -- it was not a long more than a couple of weeks to get a slot for the work to be done. More

Didn't recommend maintenance menu Was shocked to learn needed full brake replacement and 2 new tires when I brought car in for oil change. Thought brakes and tires had been checked at the previous oil change/maintenance visits but apparently they had never been looked at. Hence, my shock at all the work needed today and the cost. More

An unpleasant surprise made palitable by a great consultant I found Anastasia Hamblin to be an excellent all round Service Consultant. I was very grumpy when told that the per-estimate service cost included 4 n I found Anastasia Hamblin to be an excellent all round Service Consultant. I was very grumpy when told that the per-estimate service cost included 4 new tires, because I had been in the dealership a few months ago for an oil change and no one mentioned that I would need new tires shortly. Had I known, that would have tipped the scales to buy a new Camry. Ms. Hamblin was polite professional and calmed me down with her wonderful tact and personality. She also applied for my Michelin tire rebate online for me. She is an asset to the company and because of her I will still come back to this dealership, even tho I feel the company should have a policy that forces oil change staff to advise the customer if they note that the tire treads are wearing thin. But I guess this fault also penalized the Co. since I have now postponed buying a new car. More

I had no such receipt -- only a paper printout of my invoice. Where was I supposed to get an electronic recipe? More
