First class service... happy as Larry. I had the ultimate car dealership experience... I went in with a 30% chance of purchasing as I had already done my research and knew the car I wanted. This was the first dealership I visited and from the moment I walked in my man Arnold Cabalza was extremely welcoming. He was pleasant, professional and most importantly honest in his approach; very respectful and not at all aggressive. He listened and immediately gave me an offer that was better than advertised, long story short I was signing on the dotted line with a smile on my face, I didn't even bother to compare the price at a different location because I knew I had a great offer and more importantly the service was exemplarary from both Arnold and his manager Lawrence who made the deal happen. Although the delivery of my new vehicle was beyond the estimated delivery time, they managed to provide me with a loaner car to use up until the delivery date. This is what you call world class service. Once again thanks to Arnold and Lawrence my first vehicle purchase in Canada was seamless, pleasant and stress free. No hidden agendas here! More

I started by reading reviews about the dealership and found Toronto Hyundai and Joseph. I went last year to test drive Elantra and Tucson but I wasn't ready to commit as I was considering other vehicles at that time. What I like about this dealership is that they are not pushy. Fast forward 2017, I went back to see Joseph and I'm glad I did. Joseph made my buying experience smooth and easy. He's a kind and nice gentleman. He listens and explain things in a calm and understandable manner. He replies promptly - be it a phone call, email, or text messages. When i picked up my Elantra 2017, he gave me a detailed orientation of the car features. The Finance Manager that I dealt with was Heather. She's nice and she helped me understand the products in detail. Because I did my assignment before the purchase, I came in knowing what I want and she made the process a lot easier. She too was patient and answered my questions promptly. Joseph and Heather made my car buying experience very comfortable.
