First Luxury Car Purchase The whole process made me nervous at first. Buying an expensive used car, from people I don't know. However, my experience with TAB was far from anyth The whole process made me nervous at first. Buying an expensive used car, from people I don't know. However, my experience with TAB was far from anything negative. I saw the car online, visited, test drove it. Found some little things around the car that bugged me (obviously its a used car, this is going to happen). Not only did TAB go out of their way to make everything beyond perfect, they really gave me peace of mind. Suggested we bring the car to an Audi dealer instead of their mechanic just to make sure I knew everything with the car was OK. They helped me find financing that fit my needs, they honestly went above and beyond at every step of the sales process. They did everything they promised they would, the car is an absolute gem no issues at all. There was a light with a few LED's out, and a week after I bought the car, I called about the issue. Avi and Jacob, the salesmen I worked with, got a new light shipped within a few days and installed it for free, along with purchasing it at their cost. At first I was really nervous about buying this car, but they've not only given me peace of mind, they really went above and beyond what was expected so I would truly be happy with the purchase. After I test drove it the first time, I said I needed a few days to be sure, and there was NO push at all, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, in fact, Avi said it was a good idea, and that he'd hold onto the car for a few days for me. I ended up putting a deposit down, and their service never dwindled. Even after buying the car they have been really, really great. You can tell this is a family owned business, and they are in the business of moving cars, and they really want you to be a lifetime customer, not just a one time buyer, I admire their philosophy. They definitely just gained a life time customer, in fact, my family was impressed to, and will be taking their business to TAB in the future as well. These guys are professionals, selling great products, but adding a great value added service. If you're gunna buy anywhere, buy from TAB. Even if they don't have the car you want in stock, ask them if they can get you something in, I've seen them do it, and you'll get really great value not only from the vehicle, but from the entire process. TAB has massive indoor showroom with a large inventory and had every vehicle that we were considering in stock in mint condition. This was a huge relief where we could narrow down our decision without having to bounce to one dealer to the other. We worked with Jacob Berman, who was knowledgeable about his vehicles and was able to quickly provide us with details regarding the vehicle history. We ended up deciding on a BMW X6 after shopping around a bit further. The reasons: Jacob was giving us an excellent price, the car was super clean with a spotless Car Proof, and Jacob's responsiveness. The purchase was a breeze, Jacob took care of everything he even arranged to have winter tires and rims installed before we took delivery of the vehicle. This type of service, I only expected from BMW. We have had the X6 for a week now, and I must admit the vehicle is spotless. TAB had completed whatever maintenance was due at its current mileage. Professional service. Stunning inventory. After looking at multiple dealers across the GTA, I went to Toronto Auto Brokers on the glowing recommendation of a customer of theirs. When I arrived, I was left alone to take some time to look over one of the most exceptional showrooms I have ever seen. If you're a serious car lover, this inventory must be seen to be believed. To call these vehicles clean is an understatement. They are spotless. Luxury cars seem to be the rule not the exception here. When I spoke to Jacob, he was very casual in his approach. No pressure. He was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. This is a guy who knows and loves cars. We took the car I was interested in (BMW 328i x-drive) out for a spin and discussed at length all my points of interest about the car. When I made the decision to purchase the car, I told Jacob that I was in a slight hurry to finish the deal, Jacob was able to complete my deal within 24 hours and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I would not hesitate to buy another car here or, to advise friends to see Jacob FIRST when looking for their next car. He is very professional and a true gentleman to deal with. I had an issue in my past about finance but thanks to the help of Avi, I was able to secure a bank loan without a single problem. Avi was great to deal with and surpassed any expectations I had about financing. This is the person to see for any loan you need for your next car.
