Just purchased a new 2018 Edge SEL with all the bells and whistles. Our sales guy Brandon was so helpful and most importantly as patient as a saint. He had a good knowledge of the vehicle and took the time to explain the features, their functions and encouraged us to contact him in the future if we needed further assistance. Kelly advised on the financial end and made it smooth and painless. It was a very pleasant experience. We had had some minor service work (light bulbs, wiper blades etc) done previously on our 2012 Fusion SEL at Thor's and were impressed by their level of service. We knew Ford's product was good as our Fusion at 162,000km still runs beautifully, gets great mileage (800km/tank hiway) and can only be beaten by our 2008 F-150 at 540,000km which also runs smoothly with everything working good. As I said excellent product overall. But as good as a product can be, your after-service can make or break an otherwise good experience which we had experienced elsewhere before. Well, if anyone is looking for the "whole package" look no further than Thor Motors in Orillia. Even if you are not a local it will be worth the drive to Thor's to have any service work done or to make a new purchase. Keep up the good work, Thor!
