Took care of every detail and went over above the call. When I picked up my vehicle it was detailed and looking like a million bucks and even had armour all on the tires and a full tank of gas. And that means a lot when getting a new vehicle. Everything was taken care of and adam broome made my transfer from my former vehicle to this new one with zero issues and even thew in a washer fluid. It's the little things that add up for excellent customer service. I recommend the loan arranger to anyone but for a real one on one experience where you actually get to have input in what you want and treated like family contact adam broome tell him adam u sent you. More

HORRIBLE Customer Service! This company removed funds from my bank account after I didn't even have their vehicle anymore and my balance with them was ZERO. Asked for a refund, This company removed funds from my bank account after I didn't even have their vehicle anymore and my balance with them was ZERO. Asked for a refund, was supposedly mailed a cheque and 7 days later NO CHEQUE. Ryan told me that if I haven't received a cheque it is not his problem, that he doesn't control the postal system. This business has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and my experience has been shared online with social media outlets. As a small business owner and someone with 10+ experience in Customer Service, I would never treat a customer this way, past or present. More
