Good but could be better my sales representative at first was real friendly polite and looking to get the deal done as much as I was he gave me Insurance suggestions and even my sales representative at first was real friendly polite and looking to get the deal done as much as I was he gave me Insurance suggestions and even offered to help me with my down payment the bad stuff about him though was that he wasn't on top of the car as far as making sure that the safety was done thoroughly I had to bring the car back so it could of been Safety properly I also noticed that he didn't really care about the car and being in good condition he just wanted to get paid, overall he did his job well was not rude and was patient and understanding More

Simple and easy i recently purchased a truck from the loan arranger and allan was my salesman..... i had a vision of what i wanted and within an hour i had an email w i recently purchased a truck from the loan arranger and allan was my salesman..... i had a vision of what i wanted and within an hour i had an email with a picture of the truck i wanted (im a long haul driver with minimal time to run into the dealer)...... Allan made my experience a very easy and simple process even though i was a very demanding customer as to how i wanted truck to look and what i wanted done to it before delivery...... ive never had a salesperson be so laid back and have a sense of humor like Allan before it made the whole transaction soooooo much easier and made me feel like a person not a paycheck for the company!!!!! thank you!!! I dealt with John L who was attentive to what I was looking for in a car. John was fun to deal with as he has a great sense of humour and gets the job done. Initially when I went in I was not happy with the car they were wanting to sell to me as I have not so perfect credit. However, John knowing that I was not happy was able to swing me a sweet deal and get me into a Kia Soul which was the car I originally wanted. He made me a very happy customer! But John didn't stop there, he made sure that my new car received new tires and breaks. Through this process I felt that John was looking out for my needs and kept the vehicle in my budget as well on a shorter term then all other dealerships.
