lack of service and helping you understand purchase I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have had multiple issues and to date have not had them resolved. My most recent conversati I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have had multiple issues and to date have not had them resolved. My most recent conversation I felt that they were not willing to listen to my concerns nor were they interested in fixing the issues, or even discussing them with me, all which were minor in nature, and they could not get me off the phone fast enough. I asked them to escalate my issues and they would not. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from this dealership in the past and would advise anyone to be very careful with dealing with them in the future. I don't have anything bad to say about the Sales Person as he has been helpful, but the issues I have had, have dealt with the car not being cleaned properly when I picked it up so it had to be taken back. The wind shield washer bottle leaking. I have taken it in twice and not next week a third time to get this corrected. The Passenger Side Airbag Light not functioning properly. More

2010 Journey - super happy! Allen East is MAGNIFICENT! He was so helpful and super patient while assisting me on finding my new car. I NEEDED something versatile for both work as Allen East is MAGNIFICENT! He was so helpful and super patient while assisting me on finding my new car. I NEEDED something versatile for both work as a contractor and something for my 2 little ones still in car seats. This was such a great deal price-wise and the process was fast and easy. Tamara and Allen, the dynamic duo, are nothing short of magicians and work overly hard to get you the best deal. No haggling, up-selling or fast talk at all which eased me into the commitment much easier then the other guys who try and sell you all the bells and whistles. Allen does not care about any of that, he genuinely cares on making and keeping you happy! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I met with Allen and wasn't greeted by the typical sales person pitch. He was so nice and funny! He's certainly out for the customer's best interest and very upfront about everything and not at all misleading in terms of price, issues etc- Tamara and Allen worked so well with me to get the best rate / price and were genuinely happy working together to make sure I got the best deal possible!
