I went to TEAM CHRYSLER in order to find a brand new 2014 Jeep W What an incredible experience, by far the best service I've ever had at a dealership. I went to TEAM CHRYSLER in order to find a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport and was it ever worth while. First and foremost, the staff is extremely personable, friendly and inviting; they always have the customer in mind and are extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph, who is the best sales rep I've ever encountered at a dealership. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and without a single hesitation he got me exactly what I had hoped for. He was extremely personable, professional and efficient . He had a genuine disposition, wasn't pushy and always made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was in constant communication with me throughout the deal, up until the delivery of the vehicle. Ralph and his fellow staff members are by far the best in the business, I live over an hour away and would continue to make the commute necessary to have my vehicle serviced by this dealer. I could go on and on about my experience at TEAM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED More
