He was very professional, informative, understood my needs, energetic and always smiled. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate the Dodge Grand Caravan with all the right options. Then I met the management team, they were just as awesome as Simon. I was greeted by the General Manager, George Nikitopolous who made me feel right at home. Mike Winters was awesome, he was very patience during negotiation and eventually we both came out on top. Rich Fatrola was great, he help me ensure my new van was prep for the harsh winter conditions. Brandon Seguin worked hard and feverishly to help me complete all the necessary paperwork to ensure everything was in good order come Delivery Day. Everyone in Team made my experience a day I will never forget... in fact I would like to relive it again! My wife was so surprised and happy to see her Christmas present parked in the driveway. Thank you Simon, George, Mike, Rich and Brandon for giving me the opportunity to be able to work with such professional and upbeat individuals.
