We having our house pay off within a year and half, so we're looking something cheap but reliable to buy for 1 year then upgrade to something better. After work, I decided to take my wife and daughter to go check out some van. 1st we stop by the Team Chrysler just to see what's the van that they have. My wife saw something about end of the month sales, so we decide to go and have a look. Since it was an end of the month sale, most people in the dealer was quite busy. We spoke to 1 of the sale man and he told us he'll come and look for us once he able. My wife and I understood how busy they are, so we just walk around and see the van in the lot. The guy came looking for us, and we went inside to do some crunching # on paper. He told us there's only 2 Van left of what I want, so we said ok. I'll take 1. While discussing about he $$$ and such, we got interrupted by many of his customer that he helped before, and of course he got up and went with them. 15-20 mins later he came back. We start our conversation again, but again we got interrupted by more of his customers. then he left. We waited and we waited like 20-30 mins, my pregnant wife and 2 yr old daughter not very happy, so we decided this not what we want, so we left. I told the wife, let me go and say bye to him as a courtesy thing. Found him standing at the manager booth, he said he was checking $ value stuff with the manager. So I gave him another chance, the # looks good and the Van is what we wanted. So we went to the finance manager to do the paper work to get the "Pre-approve", since this is after 8pm, the bank already closed, so they will call me the next morning to let me know. The next day, my wife and I was pretty excited about the Van, especially we were thinking using it to drive back to Texas this October. So the day went by, all morning no call, all afternoon, no call. I told my wife, I must not get approve, Oh well. So I decide to call Team Chrysler back to ask what happen. Spoke to Moe, he said that " He already told Wasif that I was approved in the morning". OK ? I told my wife, if we dont worth a 5 minutes call then really we should be doing the deal, and they're not worth our time. So i called Moe back to cancel the whole deal, he said Wasif will call me back. about 2 hrs later, Wasif called back and giving all this excused about he's busy and not able to call back. I told him cancel the deal, because I was expecting to buy the van and may be was able to drive it out of the dealership today. We hung up and the next day I spoke to George, he offered me some goodies and stuff, since the deal was good and I needed a van to driving back to Texas this October, I took the deal. The next day after work, I took my wife and dad to the dealership to pick up my van and sign the paperwork. When signing the paper work, my wife asked to be on the Van ownership Paper, Wasif was yeah yeah, sure I'll do that. I also asked if the $$$ withdraw monthly instead of bi-weekly, and again he said yeah yeah, we'll do that. After signed the paperwork, we went and see our Van. BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, it was, the Van was not clean. back sit had tons and tons of visible stuff on it. I went to spoke to Wasif, he said go ahead and take the Van home, we'll take care of it when you come back. I WAS VERY VERY MAD AND ALMOST BLOW UP, but at that time it was quite late, and my wife and daughter havent had dinner so I decided to let it go. Everything was good the next time when I came, George took care of the Van had it cleaned and my roof-rack was up and good. Then come My 1st bill was on the 14th for 1/2 of the amount, then 2nd bill was on 30th of the amount. I thought this was just something that 1st month withdraw so I left it alone. It happens again in next month, I called Team Chrysler and they said I have to come in or call Scotia Bank myself, to be honest, I dont really have time to drive to their Dealer every time they making a mistake. I live 30 mins away from their dealership, and its a pain to drive across Toronto to get to them. I dont mind calling ScotiaBank, but this is wasted of time and most of all, I lost the trust that I have in this CAR DEALERSHIP, and their lack of Experience with professionalism . I Will never buy from this Dealership nor recommended to any of my friends or co-worker. Bad Experience all all over. Last but not least, I spoke to the saleman of Team Chrysler, I asked him did you hear my voicemail yesterday? he like yes sire, but I was too busy with all the deals and issues I had yesterday, I couldnt call ya back. Sadly but really its true, if he cant spend or have 5 mins of his busy day to call to fix his mistake, he will only able to make sale at the moment. I hope Team Chrysler will continue to win 2016 Customer Satisfaction Award, but truely not with what I went through. More
