Sal has been wonderful, he makes you feel important, gives you his full attention and listens to your concerns. He takes the time to understand your problems, provides the "game plan" on how they will fix it and the corresponding timelines, so that your fully aware of the process. He always respected my time and provides alternate times so my wait was minimal in the service area and also arranged shuttle service so that I could easily drop off and get to work quickly. Most service people are knowledgeable, and Sal is no different but his personality and customer focus sets him apart. This is genuine and not something that can be trained. I would definitely recommend to deal with Sal for any service items on your Chrysler products. More
