Ishwar Is awesome!! I am by far the pickiest customer there is when it comes to buying a truck and Ishwar made it look like selling me a truck was easy. He paid attention to every little detail my girlfriend and I wanted as well as helped keeping my budget low. When I had questions or concerns he was there 24/7 to clear them up. I will not be buying another vehicle from anyone or anywhere else but him. He made sure to have the truck ready by the date I wanted, cleared up all the paper work and as soon as I walked in the door he handed me my keys and that was that! Great service, great guy, all around funny guy to be around definitely going back to only him! Thanks Ishwar!! More

2017 RAM On Thursday, August 31, 2017 I decided to visit Team Chrysler in Brampton. My objective was to trade in my 2014 RAM pick up for a shiny new one; pro On Thursday, August 31, 2017 I decided to visit Team Chrysler in Brampton. My objective was to trade in my 2014 RAM pick up for a shiny new one; provided they were willing to give me a good deal. I met with Les Plant at 9:20 AM and we began discussions which led to making a deal I was comfortable with around 11am. I immediately arranged financing and an appropriate warranty package. Following that I stepped out to lunch while they cleaned and shined my new truck and installed the tonneau cover they had thrown in with the purchase. Upon my return I exchanged my old truck keys for the new and I was on my way home same day. Les was personable and easy to speak with as was Brandon from the warranty/finance section. Our sales representative, Nelson Tang, was able to work us a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with all the bells and whistles and gave us good value for our trade-in. We truly had a great experience, having our dinner at their in-house cafe/cafeteria, as we waited for our vehicle to be readied to come home with us. All the staff was very friendly. We had never been to a dealership like it, having purchased many personal and business vehicles over the past 40 some years, traveling from Hamilton to make our deal.
