Awesome! Team Chrysler made my JEEP dreams come true! Within minutes of us being at the dealership and looking at a Jeep outside Les approached my Boyfriend an Team Chrysler made my JEEP dreams come true! Within minutes of us being at the dealership and looking at a Jeep outside Les approached my Boyfriend and I and made sure I had everything I was looking for in a vehicle before I test drove the vehicle. He was honest, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Jeep Wranglers and even shared his own personal experiences with us! We returned two days later to do a trade in and make a sale on a brand new Jeep! It was quick, easy and smooth (Shout out to Mike W as well!) Financing went quick and easy. Even though we spent 3 hours there, mostly on my part trying to make decisions, I did not feel pressured at any point. I felt informed and educated on the choices I was making thanks to Les and Mike! I purchased a brand new vehicle less than a year ago and the difference between that sale/financing compared to Team Chrysler was an incredible difference. Team Chrysler is the place to purchase! I dealt with the service advisor Tyler, he is courteous, friendly and actually had a honest concern for my car. I have been there a couple of times for minor work and the rest of the staff seems to be just as courteous and friendly. From what I saw this time I will continue to bring my business to them. I brought my car in for their peace of mind service and for a couple of front end noises I was hearing, because I was going to take a driving trip with my car. They repaired my front end control arms and bushing which removed the thumping noise I was hearing. However as I drove away there was still the second noise, I turned around and brought the car back and I was able to take the technician Brandon for a drive and replicate the sound for him he was excellent and determined. Between Brandon and Tyler they kept my car for another day and persisted to find out what the rattle was and make sure the car was safe to drive. They tried and tested many ideas and they discovered what the rattle was and fixed it, giving me a big sense of relief. I have had different Chrysler cars for the last 20 years and never received this level of satisfaction, definitely worth dealing with the dealership. More
