All of the staff were very helpful and friendly through the entire process. All the way from test driving to picking up our new Seltos we were met with informed and friendly answers to any questions or con the entire process. Hernan was amazing. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. On the other hand, our experience dealing with dealership was not very good. It was very difficult to communicate with our finance manager and we have still have not heard back from him regarding our questions. We are still struggling to get connected to Kia connect and get information about our loan information including login. The dealership overall is good, they are very fairly priced and are respectful.
