I was not prepared to need a new vehicle at the time as mine unexpectedly broke down on me, so I really found the idea of going through the whole process to be very overwhelming. Christopher streamlined everything for me and explained everything to me in layman's terms. He did not pussyfoot around and immediately gave me a realistic idea of what kind of prices and interest rates I would be looking at based on my credit history and current income. When the vehicle I was interested in was sold before I could buy it Christopher did his due diligence and went to another dealership and had the vehicle I wanted brought down for me. Christopher was able to get me the vehicle I wanted, at a great price, a great interest rate, a great warranty, and was able to get me great value on my trade in.
