I wasn’t expecting it. The gift basket was a surprise I wasn’t expecting at at all either. This might be normal to other customers, but to a disabled person, it is extremely rare and deeply appreciated to receive a gift basket. I must also share that Kailei is angelic and her personality is also truly one of a kind. Between the two of them, I felt highly respected and valued. This is a skill you cannot teach people.
