Outstanding customer service I have had my 2012 GMC Acadia serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet exclusively since buying it. I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop l I have had my 2012 GMC Acadia serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet exclusively since buying it. I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop losing my summer tires after putting on new winter tires, and trying to manipulate me into buying new ones. Shawna went above and beyond to help me by providing documentation and information which ultimately resulted in resolution of my problem. I have nothing but positive experiences to report about the service staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet. I had one of the best "go-getter" salesmen and probably torcured him with my annoying requirements and questions but he always had the answer and made me extremely happy with the final product with my car. I am difficult to please unfortunately, but they had NO problems making me more then ecstatic to purchase this car! I went to several car dealerships before coming to this one and they all tried to overcharge me or scam me with a horrible deal with a vehicle. Danny and Scott were 100% honest with me and worked so hard on making me happy before I signed any papers. All the employees were very knowledgable amd extremely nice. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! More
