She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. My truck was repaired quickly, the service adviser was kind and always gave a update, all in all a great experience. More

He asked me what I was looking for in a truck. I told him and he sent me a few emails. I drove to Sherwood park and talked with Jim about a truck. Jim was very focused on finding a truck that would suit me and my needs. Jim found me a Rudy red extended cab truck. We added a backup camera and talk with the finance guy and a week later I was back to pick it up. He went through the truck with me and made sure all was good and that my phone would connect with the stereo. I am very satisfied with the truck I got and would return if and when I need another vehicle. More

Between him and the Sales Manager they found almost exactly what I was looking for, the misses weren't deal breakers, so I became a buyer. He also didn't sell and forget, keeping in touch to ensure I was still happy with my purchase and offering maintenance deals and chances to upgrade. If you want a Camaro, Jim's your guy. More

Thomas and Gerry were all friendly and bent over backwards to put the order in. I left all excited and happy. That was the last time I was on this purchase. After that say anytime I called or stopped by I felt like I was "intruding", not welcome, like giving me the time of day was a burden. I found out that the only way to get information on the status of my order, or if I had any questions was to contact GM directly - skip right past the dealership.
