Wayne Focht and Sandra Scarth are the most helpful and courteous people you can meet and use for Service. They will bend over backwards to ensure that the service and needs are meet. These people at Sherwood Park Chevrolet are the best at what they do most often ---- Making your visit as painless and helpful as they can. The Service representatives and the Technicians are the best I have ever seen and used. They don't try and sell you repairs that aren't absolutely necessary. The are blunt and to the point. I love that. Not trying to push excess repairs that are not required. I would not hesitate for, one second, in recommending this dealership and all the employees to anyone and everyone that was looking for a vehicle to buy or use the Service Department. These people are the best/finest that I have ever encountered and used. The service right from the beginning was excellent and I was well informed of what needs to be done. Shawna made sure that my car was looked at right away even though I didn't have an appointment. As soon as the car was ready they came and picked me up to take me to the shop. Outstanding selection and excellent service After 5 other (non-Chevy) dealerships and 7 test drives, I finally researched and realized that the Chevy Colorados were the only truck offering the f After 5 other (non-Chevy) dealerships and 7 test drives, I finally researched and realized that the Chevy Colorados were the only truck offering the features I wanted and Sherwood Park Chevrolet was the only dealership in Alberta that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I called to set up a test drive (on a Sunday when most other dealerships were closed) and was impressed to be greeted by name at the front door by Kimberely, the sales manager. As a women buying a truck--and not really knowing much about trucks--I was very glad that Logan in sales was the one who showed me the vehicle. His low key, no pressure approach made me feel comfortable right away. After the test drive (and loving the truck), Logan and Kimberely could have given me a high pressure sales pitch when I said I needed to talk with my family, but they didn't. In fact, they talked about the importance of family decision making and allowed me to make a fully refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I sent a long list of questions by email to Logan late that night and I received an email response from him answering my questions first thing the next morning. I then spoke to Heidi in finance several times over the next two days and also sent her a long list of questions about the figures on the Bill of Sale that were answered immediately. The excellent service extended to Don who picked me up and drove me from West Edmonton all the way to Sherwood Park. He wished me luck and then waved to me as I left the lot in my new Colorado. More

They seem to understand when we needed that minute to just think it through and they were very happy to support us no matter what our decision.. Worst in Customer Service I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. Stated out dealing with Bret who then referred me to Erik for a pre-approval this was all done I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. Stated out dealing with Bret who then referred me to Erik for a pre-approval this was all done last Saturday July 4. I was told I would hear back by Monday July 6 with an update on the pre-approval. Never heard anything back so I expressed my concerns to Zach Menzel who stated sales rep was off for a couple of days and would be in touch on Wednesday July 8. By Thursday still have not heard anything so I emailed both my sales rep and Zach with no response to an update. It is now a week later and still no response. The lack in customer service is disgusting, I have never been treated with such a lack of respect before in my life. I took my business elsewhere and will never consider a chev dealership in the future More
