Very Poor Customer Service I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received an email letting me know they received my request and would contact me shortly. I then never heard back form them even though I had tried to contact them for an update. I was then forced to go to another dealership even though this was the dealership closes to my home. I am very angry with this service. More

Best Salesman I Have Ever Dealt With Already owed a 2014 Silverado for Sherwood Park Chev, Erik called to invite me to an off lot sale at the mall, and mention being able to get me in to Already owed a 2014 Silverado for Sherwood Park Chev, Erik called to invite me to an off lot sale at the mall, and mention being able to get me in to a new truck cheaper because of 0% financing. When I arrived I meet Cody Williams and looked and drove new 2015’s. Cody was awesome from the start to the end, knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, overall just made the experience pleasant. While making the purchase offer Erik was at times pushy to sell but excellent when it came to negotiating on the new truck as I wanted equipped at a truly fair price. Where the sale was lost was because of the appraisal for my trade was 7K below black book value and I have installed many extras lift, tire, etc, I felt quite insulted by it. I even went to another dealership to compare appraisals and got an Actual Cash Value of 9K more than Sherwood Park Chev. Cody deserved a sale that day but because of the issues he had no control over I did not purchase through them. More

I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and the typical sales people I've came across simply only cares about me up until the keys are handed over I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and the typical sales people I've came across simply only cares about me up until the keys are handed over. After that and after they received a pay cheque, they don't care about me. Jim on the other hand is unique in the way I feel he still cares about me even after the transaction is complete. He came in on his day off to ensure everything went crisp when I picked up my car. I respect Jim and can honestly call him a friend. Great guy and works hard to make sure the entire process is as smooth as possible and for that, I will be purchasing again from him when that time comes. I haven't had any experience with any other sales person at Sherwood park chev but if they are all like Jim, then it's safe to say you have the best in class people working there More
