SP Chev appears to keep excellent maintenance records on my vehicle, making it easy to keep the preventative maintenance schedule up to date. The service adviser Rob Perras was excellent in keeping me informed on the progress. All in all, the service technicians and service adviser all were great. More

They made sure to find us all the possible deals and ways to save money through promotions, etc. They were great in showcasing different options for the truck to make sure that we liked them. They also let us take multiple vehicles home overnight to make sure that we liked the product. They answered all of our questions and if they didn't know off the spot, they would find someone that did know the answer. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend them and Sherwood Park Chevrolet! More

second lien I bought a 2015 Colorado but it was rear ended while parked and was a written off, simple insurance procedure but they ran into a problem that took ov I bought a 2015 Colorado but it was rear ended while parked and was a written off, simple insurance procedure but they ran into a problem that took over 2 months to fix and that problem was the dealership had a second lien on my truck and could not tell me why or even attempt to find out why for me, now that it is finished I ended up loosing alot of money thanks to the dealership, so if you have bought a vehicle from this dealership in the last year you may want to check and see if they have any other liens on your brand new vehicle because with out the accident I would of never known about the other lien and would of probly out alot more money then my down payment and 5 months in payments. More
