Pushy salesman without the customers jinterests in mind It started with emails to the dealership while i shopped around online to see my options before driving around to dealerships. I made the salesman aware of my current truck for trade in and what i was hoping to pay for an upgrade. He recommended i wait until that weekend, as they were having a "VIP" sale and he had the perfect vehicle lined up for me. When i showed up he showed me a vehicle that i was pretty sure (through the online estimates i had looked at) was far outside my price range. I mentioned this to him and his response was "Oh its pretty close, we'll make it work in the financing area". So i test drove the vehicle and loved it. Of course, it was an amazing truck with everything i could want plus things i wasn't even aware of wanting. What followed was a sales figure nearly double what i expected to pay per month and and sketchy financing options like a 3 year lease then finance the remainder. He made it sound like it was a guaranteed low interest rate after the 3 year lease but my research showed after the 3 year lease it would be my job to find a finance for the rest at what could possibly (depending on the market) a high interest rate. When i told him i wasn't interested he kept pushing the sale. Bringing in his manager to try and convince us. I repeatedly asked to see a truck closer to my price range but all i got in response was "well i thought you liked the truck...". They made me and the wife very uncomfortable and in the end quite angry because we refused to move on our budgeted number. Their sales prices weren't even any lower than the other 3 dealerships i went to despite their "VIP" event. So i left and ended up using a different dealership and getting a great truck in the range i could fit in my budget. Pushy salesmen and shady finance tactics lost my business with them. More

Best dealership experience in a long time. I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledgable on trucks and the business manager Kevin was great, not pushy just helpful and understanding. I would easily recommend anyone to deal with these 2 when buying a new truck. It's a very easy thing to just want a lower price, and they do have a great deal that they give you, but how your treated will make me a long term customer. More

My questions are always answered and I always get a phone call mid way through a long service for an update. When is came to buying my vehicle, Logan let me take the Trax out for a test drive, and then he went through the vehicle. He eventually went searching for the colour I wanted and found it shortly after his search. I have been on different dealership lots before and some salesman are too azy to go find you the colour you want so they just tell you you get whats on their lot now. I appreciate that Logan did go above and beyond to find a colour I requested. As for service I love to deal with Shawna Bilozyr. She is very bubbly, happy and knowledgeable. She always asks the right questions and leaves me feeling at ease when I leave my vehicle at the shop for Service. Thanks Logan and Shawna! More

Awesome Sherwood Chevrolet has the best stock in vehicles around Alberta for the Corvette. These Guys know there stuff. I got a feeling of appreciation and Ex Sherwood Chevrolet has the best stock in vehicles around Alberta for the Corvette. These Guys know there stuff. I will go back for all my modifications and my next car in the future. Prior to walking through the doors, I was on the 5-yard line of buying a Jaguar F-Type however I am also a Chevy fan and wanted to check out the new Corvette as a result to an ad I seen on Kijiji. The rest, as they say, is history. Jim took the time to walk me through a couple of the cars on the floor and it was a "no pressure" viewing experience. When it got to talking "business", the conversation was straight-up. The 2015 Callaway Corvette is an absolute dream car - I have had the opportunity to drive and own some exciting cars but this car is leaps above the rest - great to own a domestic sports car that outperforms the imports that have been in my garage previously. I would recommend Chevrolet and the team at Sherwood Park to anyone. Jim, Grahame Wyatt and the group were a pleasure to deal with! More

I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though. It wasn't relaxing. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to deal with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (Nicholson's to us). My neighbour across the street purchased from you after we talked to them. More
