Vince was above and beyond the best salesperson I have dealt with, very personable and honest throughout the entire process. I went to Sherwood park chev with the idea of trading off my Ram 1500 for a Sil dealt with, very personable and honest throughout the entire process. I went to Sherwood park chev with the idea of trading off my Ram 1500 for a Silverado 1500. He was very easy to talk to and not pushy like you see at a lot of dealerships. The dealership themselves were excellent in practicing safe social distances and disinfecting surfaces and everything going on with the Covid-19 virus. Their sanitary precautions were very well practiced, no handshakes whatsoever! There was a bit of a delay as the truck needed a new a few cosmetic repairs but Vince was excellent in keeping me informed and updated on the truck. 100% would recommend this dealership and especially Vince to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They even gave me a brand new 2020 loaner truck while mine was being fixed up. Thanks again to Vince and his team for not only providing great customer service but also great sanitary practices! Austin Braithwaite Austin was an amazing salesman to deal with and made my purchase a smooth and fast one. I usually purchase a new car every 3 to 5 years and over the Austin was an amazing salesman to deal with and made my purchase a smooth and fast one. I usually purchase a new car every 3 to 5 years and over the years I have bought 5 new cars and by far he has been the best. Austin understood that I have a hectic life and the best way for me to do anything was through email. Austin provide me with a some choices based on what I wanted and needed without trying to up sell me or push me into something else. When it was time to pick up my vehicle Austin made the time to personally show me how to use everything in my car and programmed everything for me so that I was up and running when I left (I have never had a salesman do this for me ever). After a couple of weeks my husband wanted to look at purchasing a used /new truck and we reached out to Austin to help us with this. Austin again worked hard with us via email and sent pictures and information on trucks for us too look at. My husband did not like the look of the new 2020 Chevys but did like the look of the 2019 GMC. Austin did reach out their sister dealerships to see if we could one that my husband would like but unfortunately could not find something that worked. My husband did by a truck from another dealership and I can say the service was horrible and nothing like what I received from Austin. My husbands new truck had to get the dash fixed and I brought the car into the dealership so they can take a look at it and order the part to get it fixed. I had to call the dealership 2 weeks later to ask if the part was in and I was informed nothing was ever ordered. I then contacted the salesman of the truck and asked what was going on and he said there was a communication breakdown and that I would need to bring the truck in again so they could look at what part they need to order. I told my salesman I could bring it in the next day and he said I will confirm and get back to you. I waited all day and I never heard back. Austin had called me later that day to ask how I was enjoying my new car and how everything went when I brought my 2020 Equinox in for service and I had mentioned what was going on with the truck. Austin informed me that the warranty work could be done at Sherwood Chevy and all I need to do was send a pic of the dash and VIN number. My husbands truck was in the shop in 2 days and repaired with no hassle. This goes to show the service level that Austin and Sherwood Chevy have for their clients. I would defiantly be purchasing my next vehicle with Austin and I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see Austin. Corinna More
