I purchased a 65000$ diesel truck here and was presented with a clean carfax and was led to believe that it had never been in any accidents. I realized the bumper was crooked so I did some research to find with a clean carfax and was led to believe that it had never been in any accidents. I realized the bumper was crooked so I did some research to find that the dealership had done 6500$ in body repairs that I was not notified of. It had been only 3 days into my new purchase and the salesman told me they can’t do anything about it and we got into a heated argument. I had to reach out to the manager at which we got it back into the body shop. The body shop could not straighten the bumper and believed it could be further structural damage. So at that point I insisted a new truck and the dealership was not helpful with this at all. I found a similar truck and was in the process of making a deal on it and they said miraculously it sold while I was in the process. I got so tired of dealing with them. I got Lakewood Chevrolet to pay out my brand new truck and get me into another. I will never deal with these guys nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
