End up fixing the price but when it came to the finance part had to deal with Shaun. What a treat. I decided not to get the package that locks the price if I die and he said "no the mature thing to do is to pass the cost of your truck onto your parents or wife". I should have walked out but I didn't I regretfully I own a truck that I no longer want. Tried to trade it in a year and half later. They told me my truck had lost 15 grand with having no accidents and only 22000 kms. I love te gmc truck and my next one will be from another dealership. Sorry for the long post but just tired of their old crap. More
FRAUD & LIES? Took my 2005 GMC truck in on Thursday, December 03,2015 to have my HVAC blower looked into. I was told the blower motor connector was melted out and t Took my 2005 GMC truck in on Thursday, December 03,2015 to have my HVAC blower looked into. I was told the blower motor connector was melted out and the blower was seized. I was quoted $611.00 to repair with new pigtail and blower motor. I made a call and determined I could get these parts for less than $100 so I informed them they would not be making the repairs. I was charged $106.17 for the diagnosis. Their diagnosis didn't seem to make sense so while waiting for my parts I returned home and evaluated the situation. I inspected all plugs, took voltage readings of power supply to and from the controller/resistor and motor connection and bench tested the blower. ALL readings and tests were GOOD. Re-installed and connected all ORIGINAL parts and everything works fine. I have been too busy to return to the Dealer but will head there on Tuesday, December 08,2015 for the following; 1. To ask for my money back because the diagnosis they charged me for was wrong. 2. To ask why they attempted to get $611 from me for unnecessary repairs Their answers will determine what further action I will proceed with against this dealership. Note: proper testing, diagnosis and re-install took less than 20 minutes. Dealer charged 55 minutes for incomplete/improper diagnosis. More

Never set foot in this dealership I was so close to buying a new truck here and so glad I went with my gut and went to Lakewood Chev. I wanted to trade in my old truck and buy a new o I was so close to buying a new truck here and so glad I went with my gut and went to Lakewood Chev. I wanted to trade in my old truck and buy a new one. I found one I liked for a good price and was told I would get about 20,000 for my old truck. They wanted to take my old one for the night and for me to take the new one, so I did. I went back the next day to move forward with the deal and was told that my tranny was about to go and they could only offer me 14,000 for my 2010 LTZ with 117,000 km. I decided to go get a second opinion at a transmission shop and they found that there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Even if there was, it would cost 3,500 for me to fix it. I think they figured since I was a woman, they could trick me into giving my truck away. WRONG! More

This is worst service , you are treated real bad , you take appointment with specific person they dont bother you. I bought this vehicle from 2 months back and i am going through xxxx . i didnt look at the review of this dealer ship before i went there. They are worst xxxxing liars i have seen in my life. if they tell you they are going to help you out with this" just consider opposite" of what they have said . They have no shame in walking out and in fact they are happy to see their customer is going through the xxxx. If there was a law to sue dealers for their crime or fraud, this dealer would be one of Canada's no 1 . I don't know , how in this world they have all sort of lemon cars . Service team is even worse , we cant call it customer service ... because there isnt anything such like it in their policy. All the workers there keep moving here and there you would be sitting like a fool. they just need to get commission by xxxxxxx the blood out of poor customers like us. anyone who must have dealt with this dealership will never deal again . Today i am in loss of 11000 $$ it no joke in two months . , so i recommend new customer not to go this dealer ship as they are going to screw you credit file , over price the vehicle and say all sort of Lie to just get their deal, the day later after sale you are not going to see the same smile on their face. Just stay away from Shaun Hurry... he is going to screw you with all sort of insurance, service contract and he said to me without these contracts, you are not going to get this loan and i was a fool because this is my first experience of buying a car from a dealer, and also he forces you to sign the papers and never let you think or do the maths . i have no more comments. !!
