Extremely unsatisfactory experience from Sherwood Buick GMC. We had to come back multiple times to test drive the car due to poor communication. Finance Manager, Sherri Labant then brought us the bill of sale where we learned hundreds of dollars of tax were added, which we pointed out where she then responded with “I don’t do the math, the computer does it for me so I don’t know”. The “calculation” error, later rectified after they redid the math. They also tacked on multiple fees on top of the listing price such as a documentation fee, air recovery fee and tire recycling fee. They did not provide us an MFA at the time of sale and upon request, we were given an undated and unsigned one. A Check Engine Light also shortly appeared the day of pickup after which, Sales Associate Maxime Van Lint attempted to claim that poor driving behaviour could be the cause, trying to shift the blame to us. We later brought the car to a third party inspection where it was discovered the car had a broken alternator, faulty brakes, leaking coolant and leaking oil. Repeated attempts to contact the General Manager Erik Gadallah, President Phil Pocklington, and Vice President of Used Operations Vanessa Martins went ignored. In addition, Sales Manager Austin Parmiter initially denied our request to have the oil leak fixed as he claimed it was only a “sweat”. Overall, the experience has been nothing short of awful. With this information as well as the ample amount of evidence we have accumulated, we will be wasting no time reporting this to AMVIC through a formal complaint. When I bought my Buick encore I had been told I would have free oil changes. I was impressed with this feature.On my 3rd oil change I was told I had to pay for it by the service worker.I was very disappo have free oil changes. Today I went to get an oil change. I was told I had the VIP oil change and I did not have to pay. I was very impressed with the service workers that worked today. They sent me to get a refund for the oil change I had previously paid for.i got my money back. I made sure to say that I was very happy with the service workers that caught this. The lady that gave me the refund said they discontinued this service as the dealership was losing money on this feature and they no longer sold the vip oil changes. I went and looked at my bill of sale. I paid $1475.00 to get this service. I was very happy to get this cleared up. In actuality I have paid in advance for these oil changes and have a long way to go to break even.Thank you for the good work from your service workers. I apologize if I have not described the job description properly. More

We found the perfect truck for me, and the purchase process was seamless. There was no waiting around, and everything was handled efficiently. I've bought many cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend Sherwood Buick GMC and especially Mazin! More
Bought a new truck, went to pick it up to be told once I got there that it had faulty AC parts and they were on back order with no ETA. I was told I could have a loaner vehicle which I declined and insisted got there that it had faulty AC parts and they were on back order with no ETA. I was told I could have a loaner vehicle which I declined and insisted on a truck that was ready to go now, which is what I bought. I was told there were a few twin vehicles we could swap for, or perhaps switch parts on a different vehicle and the sales manager would contact me first thing the next morning. Was finally told the next evening after a few texts that no the parts can’t be swapped and now suddenly they do not have any twin trucks we can swap. After continuing to insist on a replacement truck they tell me they will arrange one from another dealer. Another day goes by with no update. Finally told after texting again that a replacement truck was coming, but no details on the truck itself, just told that they are the same. Eventually get fed up and call to speak to someone else, get the General Sales Manager. Finally get them to send me the info on the second truck. Quick look at the photos and see they are not exactly the same, second truck is missing multi pro tail gate. Either didn’t care enough to notice or hoped I wouldn’t. Eventually agree to issue me a chq to cover the extra cost of tail gate. Go to pick up replacement truck about a week later, both side mirrors are scratched and there is a dent near the rear window. They are going to repair but more additional hassle, a brand new truck for that price should not need repairs. Also the undercoating was extremely wet, splashed up onto the truck during the short drive home and dripped all over the driveway. Sales team have time to text you 12 times a day before the sale is done and after that good luck. No sense of urgency or desire to make things right. Tried to reach out to the GM multiple times but he was in meetings or on vacation every time and didn’t respond to any emails. Do not recommend. More

Dishonest about pricing. Didn’t even get the truck home without check engine lights coming on. 5 months later still waiting on empty promises. I would stay away from this place. More
