Glen Alexander was my sales guy for a used vehicle brought in from the pool. It was xxxx cold the day I did the test drive so it was difficult to rate anything or to determine what if anything was wro brought in from the pool. Glen is a great guy. Nice, personable, comes across as a straight shooter... except I was made promises twice so far that have gone nowhere so... Vehicle had no jack, said they would get me one. Said I would get a second set of keys, so far nothing not an email or a call. I had said that it was important that the radio worked - well it did but only on the Satellite Channels temporarily. Did I mention it was xxxx cold that day? Ya well.... No AM/FM - replacement - $1200.00. Vehicle shuddered a tiny bit but was waved off as being the cold temperatures. Anyway it cost me $4200 for a replacement transmission so far. Signal light didn't work, that was known at the time of the test drive - wouldn't cancel after turning - had to buy a new multi switch - that and install cost $150.00. Right signal light still hyperflashes will need to trace through the ground wiring to figure that out. I could have bought a 4 year newer vehicle for my "all in" at this point. My bad I guess. Basically not pleased. I wasn't expecting a new level vehicle but this is way below what should have been. Joe More

Well the lease on my truck is up in November and I need another truck so decided to go to Shaw GMC to have a look around. I have never shopped at this location before, so thought of giving it a try. Upon arrival, I noticed a sales rep that I have dealt with from a different dealership in the past. I had purchased and or leased a few trucks from him over the years and was glad to see him here. His name is PATRICK JO and he is now an Account Manager. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him a list within minutes, he found what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was already sold. He showed me one in the showroom that had a few more goodies and was more expensive. After negotiating with Patrick and his superior TIN, we came to an agreement and decided to purchase the truck rather than lease it. I am driving and enjoying my new truck and would like to extend a huge thanks out to the people that played a part in my great experience in purchasing this truck and will definitely be back for the next one and I highly recommend SHAW and the people that made it happen. My husband and I are looking at purchasing a 2022 Yukon Denali. After shopping around We reached out to this dealership, and the name of the person on the caller ID was Sheker Singh. Never actually introduced themselves so lets go with that name. After being very clear with what we were looking for, including numerous phone calls with him even trying to take the basic information down and needing to verify the same information over and over again, he said they had one (which we should of known better, no one does). Turns out, they didn’t have one that fit what we were looking for. Then said we could factory build. As we had been shopping around for a while, we are well aware of the restrictions in place. He said he had the manager build one to what we were looking for. We were VERY clear with what we wanted, including package names, what we can live without, what color, ect. Get the build sheet. Missing the advanced technology package on the build (which is restricted right now, but he said he could build). Was also missing the Denali ultimate package. When we replied that it didn’t have the technology package, his reply was “well that will be very expensive”. Are you kidding me?? Clearly if I want it I know what I’m looking for and what the cost is, how dare some one say that to a customer. Literally called another dealer at the same time as this one and had a build and finance complete in a day, VS the days of phone calls and texts with a salesperson who didn’t bother to listen. If you value your time and want a salesperson who listens to you I’d avoid this place, or at least find a salesperson who gives you a name. More
