I bought a 2019 sierra 2500 off raj. He was absoluey amazing. But when it comes to the financing ladies they are horrible at calling people back. I left 2 voice messages last week and talked to the mai amazing. But when it comes to the financing ladies they are horrible at calling people back. I left 2 voice messages last week and talked to the main secretary 2 times explaining my payment was to come out the following day and I really needed to talk to financing to make sure I had the money in the right account. No one ever did call me back even after leaving more than 1 voice mail and talking to the secretary who told me they were personally going to relay why I needed to talk to them. The wife and I update our vehicles every few years and although we had an amazing experiance with raj it really sucks that the lack of caring by the finance department has pushed us to deal with a diffrent company and not only that but we will never support our friends going to shaw. I hope maybe this will help them care about the customers and not just be all nice and sweet till the deal is signed then treat us like garbage. Good riddance, shaw gmc More
