Simply Amazing! My wife and I have used Billy Tran as our vehicle dealer for the last 5-6 vehicles we have had. My last vehicle had something happen to it that nobody My wife and I have used Billy Tran as our vehicle dealer for the last 5-6 vehicles we have had. My last vehicle had something happen to it that nobody could figure out. So Billy along with Jesse and Katerina somehow worked magic and traded my 2014 Silverado for a brand new 2019 Silverado! Billy deserves praise for his knowledge, honesty and integrity anyways, but this was just simply amazing! I was crushed with a huge expense which I could not afford!! After 2 months and 3 days, I wanted to bring it in because I was having some pr Sales was a good experience. Billy seemed like a very trustworthy guy. After 2 months and 3 days, I wanted to bring it in because I was having some problems, and it was all about money. They wanted $160 for a diagnosis at first, then they discovered there was something wrong with the motor cooler, and was quoted at over $600. I don’t know a lot about cars, but I trusted this location with my first car, and they let me down HUGE!! 2 months into the Finance plan and this happens, which leads me to believe they did a half assed job inspecting it before sale, as I don’t bag it or drive in irresponsible manners. I spoke with the gentleman, Richard, who was involved in the sale of the vehicle, and told him about the problems I was having, and explained I only got the car 2 months ago there had to be some liability on their end. All he had to say, and I quote, was ‘ No like I said when you bought it you need to buy the warranty. You and your mom signed against it.’ So basically I have been, and must continue to finance and pay for a vehicle I was told was 100% before I bought it, and it in fact was not 100%. Think twice before visiting this location, as they totally took advantage of me, a teen looking for his first car with little to no experience about vehicles. More
