Greatest Dealership Experience Ever!!! I came to see Evangelos (Angelo) Kroustis 3-4 months before I actually leased the 2016 Toyota Highlander. When explaining my options, he never went out of his way to pressure me or try to get me to buy or lease a vehicle that did not work under my budget. I provided my realistic number on what I could afford to pay and he went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. Although at that time, a deal wasn't made, I remembered exactly the type of professionalism and empathy that Angelo provided me and the great customer service that made me come back. I just came back and I specifically asked to meet with Angelo again. We sat down, he remembered who I was and genuinely asked how my family was. This is not the expected experience that some might come to expect when dealing with a product advisor/salesman, who see a lot of people all day long and yet he remembered me anyways. Long story short, we worked out a fair lease deal for the 2016 Toyota Highlander and I couldn't be happier with the experience at the Scarborough Toyota Dealership. Walked out 2 hours later signing a lease contract for a brand new 2016 Corolla LE. That just goes on to say how pleasing and convincing these guys are, even for a cynic like me. These guys, Tamim Saber and his manager Qaise, in particular, have some of the best manners and are very courteous throughout our conversations there. They could explain the strengths and weaknesses of each model very honestly and patiently. They seemed eager to help us more than they were to just sell a product to a customer. Tamim deserves a special mention of appreciation for his friendly demeanor and creating a personal touch throughout the purchasing process. Overall, it was one of the best experiences, and Oh! they have some nice perks like coffee and free car-washes on Saturdays too! More
