Excellent customer service from Henry Siguenza in parts dept I have always had great customer service when it came to ordering parts. I use Scarborough Toyota for parts purchases. Henry Siguenza has always been a more than excellent help when coming to ording parts. Henry always returned phone calls or emails even when very busy sometimes which was excellent customer service and he is very easy to communicate with especially since he very knowledgeable with Toyota's. When it becomes hard to figure out what I need when looking for a "hard to find" part, we always found a way to solve the issue and get what we need. Henry has helped the Scarborough Toyota very much and been at that location for many years working with a great team there in the parts department. Thanks again for the great service!! More

Excellent and awesome experience. I got my 2017 Rav4 this month through Lito Santiago"s help. He made it so easy like a walk in the park. Me and my wife was so happy with the car. Sergio Belcastro - Splendido Sergio was very accommodating to our needs and spent the time to get us comfortable with our purchase. Our original goal was to source a used RAV4, an Sergio was very accommodating to our needs and spent the time to get us comfortable with our purchase. Our original goal was to source a used RAV4, and Sergio was able to show us several and a few Toyota fleet vehicles that would have saved us even more money. But, a new 2016 RAV4 SE kept grabbing our attention. In the end, we were able to work with Sergio and Mike to create a mutually satisfactory deal on a brand new car with far more capabilities than we ever intended on buying.
