Do Not Trust Sergio & Justin I was dealing with Sergio, internet car sales. I explained to him that I am negotiating from Florida on behalf of my mom who will come to the dealers I was dealing with Sergio, internet car sales. I explained to him that I am negotiating from Florida on behalf of my mom who will come to the dealership once we are closer in price. He continued to avoid this and said he and his managers are more than willing to negotiate once my mom arrives at the dealership. Once she and my brother spend 3 hours getting to the dealership they over 40 minutes to drop $300 off the price of a $23,000+ car and told them too bad this is the lowest they will go. My brother and mom walked out of the dealership. A few days later I received an email from the dealership manger, Justin Griffin, who said this isn't how they operate and said he will call me to apologize and discuss a deal "I couldn't refuse". I arranged a time and received a confirmation from Justin, but did not receive a phone call or follow up email. I would not recommend dealing with Sergio Belcastro, Justin Griffin or Scarborough Toyota as they are your stereotypical shady car sales people that do not follow thru on any commitments. Stay far away from them! More

Avrom Brown handled this for me, with humour, and arranged repairs so as to disrupt my week as little as possible. Both he and my service advisor are deeply knowledgeable and they both approach their jobs with a view that the state of my satisfaction is as important as the state of my car. That is both rare and deeply appreciated. More

AWESOME Chris is one the best in the business . I brought my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid for fixing the repair they did on May and no questions asked he said he Chris is one the best in the business .
