rudness and impolitely speaking I had an appointment for the service of my Sienna 2014 on Saturday10th of September 016 at 1:45 PM . I reached exactly on time driving from Br I had an appointment for the service of my Sienna 2014 on Saturday10th of September 016 at 1:45 PM . I reached exactly on time driving from Bradford (new address) but I still wanted to have my service at your location . One of the assistant told me to leave the car and go to an advisor at station number 4 (I think his name is Devon ). He was assisting another customer , then I waited him for more than 45 min in front of his desk and he didn’t even give me any attention so I asked the lady who assist me in the beginning if any one else could help me. She asked the other employees and came to me and asked Devon that he should help me . His answer and reaction was surprising , he replied to her impolitely and rudely. He said “ Tell them to wait because I have a lot of things on my desk and I want to breathe ,“ and still didn’t pay any attention to me so I left without getting my service done 2:40 Since I had an appointment in advance at 1:45 and not assisted till 2:30 , it means you have something wrong and unacceptable. His rudeness didn’t encourage my patience . This complaint to be processed through the proper way and will be followed for serious response. More
