He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle prior to the purchase to address any issues identified with the car. There was no pressure to purchase at any time from Bruce. Even after the sale was completed, Bruce really went out of his way to help me address a warranty issue with the car later that same week. Other sales people and dealerships I have dealt with in the past from Acura and Mercedes in the GTA could really learn something about customer service from Richmond Hill Toyota and inparticularly Bruce. He's a trustworthy and honest person to deal with and I would have no issues recommending him to anyone interestred in buying a used or new Toyota. As with my previous vehicles, Igor Sapojnicov was my saleperson. I have found Igor to be consistently courteous, efficient, and fair minded with pricing. He listens carefully and then I believe genuinely tries to tailor the sale to the customers requirements .
