He was very busy though, so when we went in to pay, he wasn't able to deal with us, but he did introduce himself at one point and was very friendly. Instead, we dealt with Paul who was fantastic. He took us on a test drive with the exact car we'd be purchasing, and was very patient in explaining all the main features of the car. He then took us on a detailed tour of the service department which we were very impressed with. The whole transaction with him went very smoothly and we felt very comfortable asking him questions. When we came to pick up the car, he impressed us even further by giving us the user manual already tabbed with the most important pages. He went through each of these pages with us so we'd understand their importance. He also made photocopies of the documents we would need to keep in the car (such as ownership) so we can keep a copy in the car and one at home -- in the past we've done this ourselves; no dealership has ever done this for us before. Then he took us to the car and once again, explained all the features of the car in greater detail and even helped me set up my phone with Bluetooth right away. I have never experienced service like this at any dealership and I highly recommend Paul and Andrew to anyone looking to buy a Toyota! More

He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle prior to the purchase to address any issues identified with the car. There was no pressure to purchase at any time from Bruce. Even after the sale was completed, Bruce really went out of his way to help me address a warranty issue with the car later that same week. Other sales people and dealerships I have dealt with in the past from Acura and Mercedes in the GTA could really learn something about customer service from Richmond Hill Toyota and inparticularly Bruce. He's a trustworthy and honest person to deal with and I would have no issues recommending him to anyone interestred in buying a used or new Toyota. In fact, we are going back into the dealership tomorrow to finalize another deal on a second car! More
