History Lesson I've had one completely negative and one questionable experience at your service department when it was in South Richmond Hill. Once I went into a com I've had one completely negative and one questionable experience at your service department when it was in South Richmond Hill. Once I went into a completely empty service area with one consultant on duty - I suspect some labour difficulties, because the man on duty was quite stressed. Another woman was waiting also. When I asked what was taking so long (over an hour), he replied, "You should've made an appointment." clearly ignoring the large oil change sign that said "No Appointment Necessary" The woman with me had an appointment, and she was also waiting over an hour. The questionable experience I mentioned earlier was a recommendation to have a brake and antifreeze fluid change. This was when my RAV had less than 30k. I feel this was too early and had this confirmed at another dealership. Perhaps management has changed since those experiences, but there are other close by dealerships where I have had NO negative experiences. As they say, "Once burned..." Sincerely, M.
