My service consultant Delon Khan was patient, attentive and knowledgeable. He and his team were able to diagnose the problem, provide me with information about the work being done and why ut was necessary for the integrity of my vehicle, an estimate of the cost and potential challenge that might impact this estimate. I felt totally prepated and confident in the Toyota service team to take care of the situation - keeping safety and quality service at the top of their priorities. I have been to other dealerships but the service at Richmond Hill Toyota was superior. For me its worth the drive and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. More
